The Journal policy of Copyright and Licensing

The journal «Bibliosphere» declared Open Access in 2016. Before 2016, the access to the Journal papers’ full texts was opened three years after its publication. Currently all issues of the Journal (since 2005) are available to readers (at the Russian Index of Scientific Citation, Kiberleninka, constitutor’s website and in the system of periodicals of Tomsk State University). Open access means that the editors allow users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search and find the full texts of journal articles by hyperlinks without prior permission of the publisher and authors.

In accordance with the requirements of the current legislation, the Journal offers the author(s) to conclude License Agreement to publish their paper in the Journal. The Agreement is available on the Journal website, section «Information for Authors» and 8License AGREEMENT.

The concluded agreement provides exclusive rights on the article, as well as all illustrations and photographs to it, including authors’ photographs in accordance with Art. 1286 of the Civil Code of Russian Federation.
Sending an article to the Journal, the author(s) guarantees that they are the copyright holder of all materials submitted to the editors, and the exclusive rights were not transferred or delivered to anyone before.
Since receiving the article and attached materials (further «works»), the Journal has the right to use the works for their publication, to post them in the Internet specifying publisher’s imprint.
