Authors’ guidelines
1. The journal publishes previously unpublished materials. It accepts original papers containing results of research and development, the latest national experience, analytical surveys on actual problems in the field of bibliology, library science, bibliography science, computer science, etc., original lectures on emerging areas of higher education and additional professional training, book reviews.
2. Articles with activity results carried out in institutions should be accompanied by letters of assignment.
3. Manuscripts are peer reviewed. Only negative reviews will be sent to authors.
4. The article should not exceed 0.6 author’s sheet, including references, tables and figure captions, 5-6 pictures or photos; brief communication should be not more than 0.2 author’s sheet, 2-3 pictures or photos.
5. The publication of articles and other materials is free of charge.
6. The article text is accepted only with the agreement.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1. Submitted materials should include: text, informative abstract (in Russian and English), key words (in Russian and English), information about author(s): academic degree, academic title, affiliation (full name of the organization), position, address, phone, email, author(s) photo is desired.
2. It is desirable to mark out introduction and conclusion, the text should be divided into subsections. Italicizing and bolding the most important parts of the text are approved. The editors will be very grateful if the authors put UDC, LBC indices before the article.
3. The text should be in Microsoft Word format, with *.doc extension. The page numbering is not assigned. Only the Normal style should be used. The initials in the text should have a space character. Footnotes should be executed with a command “to start each section”. Photographs should be in tiff- or jpg-format (as a separate file), not less than 300 dpi resolution.
4. References to cited literature (or electronic publication) should be denoted in the text by numbers in square brackets. In case of need it is possible to specify the page number (or page range) of the quoted paper, it is recommended to use the following format: [1, p. 15-20]. References should be arranged in accordance with GOST R 7.0.5–2008 and listed on a separate page.
5. Material should be e-mailed to the address of a person responsible for the section in which you intend to publish your article or information.
6.Submitted materials are peer reviewed. The Editorial Board reserves the right to return the article to the author for revision or not to accept it for publication. The date of the manuscript acceptance is considered the date of receipting the final text.
7. Manuscripts that do not meet the requirements are not accepted by the Board.
