Abstract
The characteristic of document and information flow on the problems of Siberian regional studies during 1991–2005 is given. The author makes bibliometrical analysis of quantitative changes in document and information flow, its type and aspect and content structures, as well as publication activity of scientific institutions, libraries and some researches.
