Iljushechkina T. N. Collection of West European books XV – beginning of XIX century in the department
of rare books and manuscripts in SPSTL SB RAS: yesterday, today and tomorrow

Abstract:

The author gives a brief overview of the collections of Western books (XV – beginning of XIX century)
in the Department of Rare Books and Manuscripts in SPSTL of SB RAS. History of collecting, thematic content, the degree of the collections and individual copies investigation, means of introducing into scientific use, the ways of the modern solutions of the problems on the availability of in Western Europe book rarities are described.
