1.\tAll articles, reviews and materials for the division \u201cMaster-class\u201d (lectures and other tutorial materials) are subjected to reviewing.
\n2.\tPeer review proceeds in two stages. Firstly, all materials are obtained by members of the editorial board responsible for a definite section or by the deputy editor. They give general assessment of the material \u2013whether it is within the profile of the journal and evaluate its scientific level. Secondly, the deputy editor sends an article to an expert (according to his\/her profile) for peer reviewing.
\n3.\tReviewing is performed by the leading specialists from the Scientific editorial council or authors of the journal.
\n4.\tThe results of the peer reviewing should display the actuality of the theme, the novelty of its presentation, reasonability of its publication in this very journal. Separately the weak points are marked: logical and factual errors, shortcomings of presentation, stile and recommendation for an author how to get rid of them.
\n5.\t\u0420\u0435\u0446\u0435\u043d\u0437\u0438\u044f is sent to the editorial board by e-mail or by post.
\n6.\tAll relevant members of the Scientific editorial council get aquainted with the reviews, they serve as a ground for making decision on the publication of the article.
